MARIST EXPO 2010

Saturday, 6 March

10.00am – 2.00pm  

Plans are already in full swing for this year’s Expo and the usual hive of activity will be at Café Marist, the BBQ & the Cake Stall whilst our school is on display.  The P & F are responsible for these areas and would like your help, whether making a contribution or assisting on the day.  We want to make this a successful and enjoyable day and we would appreciate any help you can provide. 

 

CAKE STALL

To assist with variety, we have provided a guideline for each House below:

 

CHANEL – Slices,  KELLY – Biscuits,  MOORE - Lolly Bags or Cakes,  SALTA - Cakes

 

Suggestions include: muffins, slices, confectionery, cup cakes, homemade biscuits & cakes.  A list of ingredients on any homemade items would be appreciated.

 

EXPO RAFFLE

The P & F also provides Hampers for the Expo Raffle.  These Hampers will include beauty and toiletry products, and quality gourmet produce (wine, sauces, oils, vinegars, preserves, chocolates etc).   Any donations for the Hampers would be greatly appreciated.

 

Donations can be sent to school with your son and handed in at the Office any time before Friday, 26 February.

 

VOLUNTEERING 

If you are able to help on the day, please email your availability to the Expo Co-ordinators or complete the slip below and return it to the School Office by Friday, 26 February. 

A volunteer roster will be emailed to all volunteers by 04 March.
